If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. The additional bet is called odds bet. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll.
