| There are several bets in Craps. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If you roll the same number without rolling n7 you win. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds. The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. The place bet is turned off by default during a comeout roll. Field Bet is a one-roll bet.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it.
