The player makes either a pass line bet or a don't pass bet. If the player rolls 2,3,12 it is called “craps”. In the case of “craps” pass line bets lose and don’t pass line bets win. In the case of a ‘point’ number the shooter continues to roll until that "point" number is rolled again, which is called "making the point". If a 7 is rolled it is called "sevening out". | If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out). If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number.
The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. The player should always remember that he has a right to make a odds bet. If the point number is 4 or 10 you get paid 2:1. If the point number is 5 or 9 you get paid 3:2. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If there is a point number the bet is moved from the come area to the point-box indicating the point-number that the shooter must roll for that bet to win. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5. Big 6 and Big 8 bets pay even money. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. There are seven One Roll bets. The payout depends on the kind if the bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11).
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Click on the corresponding area of the betting layout to make a Don't Pass bet. The Don't Pass Bet wins on the comeout if the shooter rolls 2 or 3. There is a push if the shooter rolls 12. In the case of a push nobody wins and nobody loses. The Don't Pass Bet loses if the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds.
Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet.
