You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out). Odds on a Line Bet. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. Click on the PLACE area on the Craps table to make a place bet. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number.
