| There are several bets in Craps. LINE BETS. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds.
The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. If you make an odds bet you believe that the shooter will roll the second point number before rolling a 7. If the point number is 5 or 9 you get paid 3:2. If the point number is 6 or 8 you will be paid 6:5. Traditionally the bet odds are equal to the line bets. Some casinos allow to make odds bets which are higher than line bets. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If the shooter has craps you lose. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If you win in Come Bet the payout is 1:1. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. The place bet is turned off by default during a comeout roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11). There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. Click on the corresponding area of the betting layout to make a Don't Pass bet. There is a push if the shooter rolls 12. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1.
