| There are several bets in Craps. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". Line bets pay even money if they win.
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If 2,3 or 12 is rolled you lose. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. If you roll the same number without rolling n7 you win. If you seven oit before rolling the point number again you lose.
The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. If you make an odds bet you believe that the shooter will roll the second point number before rolling a 7. Be aware that you can make an odds bet only if the shooter rolls a point number. The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. The place bet is turned off by default during a comeout roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You win even money if 3,4,9,10 or 11 rolls. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. In the case of a push nobody wins and nobody loses. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet.
