| LINE BETS. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. There are seven One Roll bets. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11).
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. To force a bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. You win even money if 3,4,9,10 or 11 rolls. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1. If any other number is rolled you lose.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. In the case of a push nobody wins and nobody loses. The Don't Pass Bet loses if the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds.
Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. If the point number is a 4 or a 10 the payout is 2:1. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. You can make odds bets on the don’t come bets.
