| If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If you seven oit before rolling the point number again you lose. If you make an odds bet you believe that the shooter will roll the second point number before rolling a 7. To place an odds bet you have to click on the area behind the pass line area. Be aware that you can make an odds bet only if the shooter rolls a point number. If the point number is 5 or 9 you get paid 3:2. Traditionally the bet odds are equal to the line bets. Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. You win even money if 3,4,9,10 or 11 rolls. If any other number is rolled you lose.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout.
