If a 4,5,6,8,9,10 is rolled on the comeout that number is called a "place" number or a "point". In the case of a ‘point’ number the shooter continues to roll until that "point" number is rolled again, which is called "making the point". | LINE BETS. You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. You have to take your chips off the table and if you want them to work further put them back on the table behind your line bet. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. The player should always remember that he has a right to make a odds bet. If you make an odds bet you believe that the shooter will roll the second point number before rolling a 7. To place an odds bet you have to click on the area behind the pass line area. Be aware that you can make an odds bet only if the shooter rolls a point number. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. You can make a field bet on any roll. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. The Don't Come Bet.
