| There are several bets in Craps. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. You have to take your chips off the table and if you want them to work further put them back on the table behind your line bet. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If there is a point number the bet is moved from the come area to the point-box indicating the point-number that the shooter must roll for that bet to win. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If you win in Come Bet the payout is 1:1. If you make an odds bet on the come bet you bet that the shooter will repeat the point-number before rolling 7. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5.
The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are like regular place bets. Any Seven pays 4 to 1.
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. There is a push if the shooter rolls 12. The Don't Pass Bet loses if the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11.
Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. If you have a 6 or a 8 the payout is 6:5. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. You can make odds bets on the don’t come bets.
