| There are several bets in Craps. LINE BETS. You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out). You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1. You can make a field bet on any roll. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. If the point number is a 4 or a 10 the payout is 2:1. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. You can make odds bets on the don’t come bets.
