| There are several bets in Craps. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass".
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. If the point number is 6 or 8 you will be paid 6:5. The Come Bet. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If the shooter has craps you lose. If there is a point number the bet is moved from the come area to the point-box indicating the point-number that the shooter must roll for that bet to win. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5. Click on the PLACE area on the Craps table to make a place bet. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are like regular place bets. Big 6 and Big 8 bets pay even money. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. There are seven One Roll bets. The payout depends on the kind if the bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Eleven (YO) and 3 pay 15 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet. If the point number is a 4 or a 10 the payout is 2:1. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. The Don't Come Bet. The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number.
