| There are several bets in Craps. You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2.
The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. Click on the PLACE area on the Craps table to make a place bet. There are seven One Roll bets. Any Seven pays 4 to 1.
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1. If any other number is rolled you lose. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls.
