If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If the shooter has craps you lose. If you make an odds bet on the come bet you bet that the shooter will repeat the point-number before rolling 7. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. There are seven One Roll bets. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11).
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. To force a bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. The Don't Pass Bet wins on the comeout if the shooter rolls 2 or 3. In the case of a push nobody wins and nobody loses. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds.
