| There are several bets in Craps. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out). If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. The Pass Line Bet is one of the most common wagers in Craps. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If 2,3 or 12 is rolled you lose. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. If you roll the same number without rolling n7 you win. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds.
The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. To place an odds bet you have to click on the area behind the pass line area. The payout depends on the kind if the bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11). There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. If any other number is rolled you lose. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. Click on the corresponding area of the betting layout to make a Don't Pass bet. There is a push if the shooter rolls 12. The Don't Pass Bet loses if the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11. The Don't Pass bet pays 1 to 1 odds. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1.
