In the case of “craps” pass line bets lose and don’t pass line bets win. In the case of a ‘point’ number the shooter continues to roll until that "point" number is rolled again, which is called "making the point". With "making the point" "pass line" bets win and "don't pass" bets lose. If a 7 is rolled it is called "sevening out". If a player sevens out, his turn is over and the whole process begins again with a new player. In the case of a “point” number players can choose one of the bets. | If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. Don’t forget to take your money or chips off the table if you win. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. If you roll the same number without rolling n7 you win.
The Odds Bet isn’t as common as the pass line bet. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. To place an odds bet you have to click on the area behind the pass line area. Be aware that you can make an odds bet only if the shooter rolls a point number. Traditionally the bet odds are equal to the line bets. Some casinos allow to make odds bets which are higher than line bets. The Come Bet. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If the shooter has craps you lose. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If the point number is 4 or 10 the payout is 2:1. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5.
The Place Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without having to make a Pass Line or Come bet. Click on the PLACE area on the Craps table to make a place bet. The place bet is turned off by default during a comeout roll. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. There are seven One Roll bets. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Eleven (YO) and 3 pay 15 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11).
Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. Click on the corresponding area of the betting layout to make a Don't Pass bet. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. If you have a 6 or a 8 the payout is 6:5. The Don't Come Bet. The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number.
