The player makes either a pass line bet or a don't pass bet. Only after placing a bet the player rolls the dice, which is called the "comeout roll". If the player rolls 7 or 11 he is said to have made a pass. If the player rolls 2,3,12 it is called “craps”. | There are several bets in Craps. LINE BETS. You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. Line bets pay even money if they win.
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is aloowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. The odds bet amount varies from casino to casino. Some casinos allow to make odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. You have to take your chips off the table and if you want them to work further put them back on the table behind your line bet. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If you have chosen a pass line bet and a 7 or 11 is rolled you win. If 2,3 or 12 is rolled you lose. If the point number is rolled you are to continue rolling until you have the same number. If you roll the same number without rolling n7 you win. If you seven oit before rolling the point number again you lose. The Pass Line Bet pays 1 to 1 odds. If the point number is 4 or 10 you get paid 2:1. Some casinos allow to make odds bets which are higher than line bets. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If the shooter has craps you lose. If you win in Come Bet the payout is 1:1. If the point number is 4 or 10 the payout is 2:1. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1. You can make a field bet on any roll. If any other number is rolled you lose. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Click on the corresponding area of the betting layout to make a Don't Pass bet. The Don't Pass Bet wins on the comeout if the shooter rolls 2 or 3. There is a push if the shooter rolls 12.
