The player makes either a pass line bet or a don't pass bet. Only after placing a bet the player rolls the dice, which is called the "comeout roll". In the case of “craps” pass line bets lose and don’t pass line bets win. In the case of a ‘point’ number the shooter continues to roll until that "point" number is rolled again, which is called "making the point". | There are several bets in Craps. LINE BETS. If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. Line bets pay even money if they win. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out).
If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area. Odds on a Line Bet. You can bet an additional amount up to the amount of your line bet. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. To place an odd bet you have to place your money behind you pass line bet. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. Remember that all the players are allowed to make odds bets, though the house doesn’t want to encourage odds bets. Remember that you can make an adds bet any time after a comeout point is rolled. Every player is allowed to make, to withdraw or to reinstate an odds bet anytime after the comeuot and before sevening out. To make a pass line bet click on the Pass Line area of the table. If 2,3 or 12 is rolled you lose. At the casinos there is no special area for odds bets. The player should always remember that he has a right to make a odds bet. Some casinos allow to make odds bets which are higher than line bets. The Come Bet. A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. To make a come bet you have to click on the COME area of the craps table. If there is a point number the bet is moved from the come area to the point-box indicating the point-number that the shooter must roll for that bet to win. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If you win in Come Bet the payout is 1:1. If you make an odds bet on the come bet you bet that the shooter will repeat the point-number before rolling 7. If the point number is 4 or 10 the payout is 2:1. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5. The place bet is turned off by default during a comeout roll. One Roll Bets are made by clicking on the corresponding area of the Betting Layout. Eleven (YO) and 3 pay 15 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11). Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. If you have a hard 4 and 10 the payout is 7:1. if you have a hard 6 and 8 the payout is 9:1.
Field Bet is a one-roll bet. You can make a field bet on any roll. You win even money if 3,4,9,10 or 11 rolls. If you have 2 or 12 you are paid 2:1.
To make a field bet you have to click on the corresponding area on the Betting Layout. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. In the case of a push nobody wins and nobody loses. The Don't Pass Bet loses if the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11. You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. If the point number is a 4 or a 10 the payout is 2:1. if the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. The Don't Come Bet. The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. Click on the Don't Come button to place a Don't Come Bet.
